Episode 101: Little House on the Orange Archipelego

Pikachu's stalker is back!  In this episode, we discuss the navigational issues unique to the Orange Islands, Ash actually being a main character and how the X and Y outfit design needs rollerblades.  Also, science gives up, magnemite are stalkers, southern accents are awesome and Happy Canada Day!  There was some other stuff, too... You should listen!  Come on, all the cool kids are doing it!  Just click HERE!

"Tracey, LARP-ing Orgeon Trail isn't as fun as you said it was gonna be..."
Also, Pikapi Podcast has joined United Nerd Networks!  YAY!  You should totally check the site out HERE!  You'll be glad you did, and it's only going to get better with your participation!

The new outfit for Kalos.  I am so ready to cosplay this!

Little help here, Ash?

Oddly enough, this is not a Pokeshipping scene...
And finally, Mandarin Island South, in the greater picture of the Orange Islands... File:Mandarin Island South Map.pngMandarin Island South is the yellow one.  Trovita is the one that looks like it's about to be eaten by Mandarin Island.  (For fun, try and spot Shamuti!)

  2. Ok Whenever i think of MAgnemite absorbing Pikachu's thunderbolt and evolving i suddenly think of He-Man yelling out "I Have the Power"
Also I still can't believe 100 episodes and still going strong

and finally have you taken a good long look at Ash's Kalos region hat? The design seems very familiar. It's design is almost precisely the same as Red's hat

  3. Do you think it would be possible to put Pikapi Podcast in the Windows Market place?

    1. Since the Windows Marketplace has become the Microsoft Store, it's not very user-friendly. I can't even find other podcasts on there. But if you can link me to other podcasts available there, I will take a look at their set-up and see if it's a possibility.

    2. After poking around for about half an hour, I think I know what you have to do. First, you have to download the Zune Marketplace software, which you can do here: http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/how-to/wp7/zune-software
On that site there is a purple text that says "download now". It's in a black rectangle, which is just above "System Requirements"
Once you download that software onto your PC and install it. Once that's done, open the software and sign into your "Zune Tag" or "Windows Live ID" (If you don't have one, you can create one here: https://signup.live.com/signup.aspx?lic=1 )
Once you sign in, click "Marketplace" then click "Podcast". Click "Submit a Podcast". This will bring up a form where you insert the Podcast URL.
      That SHOULD work. SHOULD.

    4. Hey, Haily, just to let you know, I was finally able to submit Pikapi Podcast to Windows Marketplace. I don't know how long it will take them to add it, since I had a LOT of problems with them, but I hope it'll be up soon.

  4. Newer listener, congrats on getting 100+ episodes. I remember this episode well, as the southern accent in the Pokemon anime made almost no sense when I watched it, but for some reason, the accent's inclusion in the anime has grown on me. Question then, what is the most unlikely thing that you have seen included in the Pokemon anime.

    1. In the man's defense, a LOT of people mistake Team Rocket for Nurse Joy... ;) but you're right, he's not one of the Pokemon World's brighter scientists...
